1. Agreement to Terms & Acceptance

By accessing or using WebCraftKit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are explicitly prohibited from using the site and must discontinue use immediately.

WebCraftKit is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. Persons under the age of 13 are not permitted to use or register for the site.

2. Free & Commercial License for Generated Outputs

We champion open development and frictionless developer workflows. Therefore, we grant you an unconditional, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use all output generated by our tools:

• Commercial & Open-Source Software: You may freely incorporate generated TypeScript types, JSON schemas, CSS box-shadows, gradients, glassmorphism styles, and meta tags into commercial SaaS platforms, client deliverables, open-source repositories, and private codebases.
• No Attribution Required: While we appreciate mentions or backlinks to webcraftkit.app, attribution is never mandatory.
• Zero Royalty Obligations: You retain complete ownership over your source inputs and all resulting generated artifacts. We claim no intellectual property or copyright over outputs created through your browser session.

3. Acceptable Use & User Conduct Policy

You agree to use WebCraftKit solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the hosting infrastructure or interfere with any other party's use.
• Attempt to bypass, modify, or compromise any security controls, rate limiters, or browser-sandboxing mechanisms.
• Deploy automated bots, spiders, or scrapers to overwhelm our edge CDN or scrape static content for malicious redistribution without authorization.
• Use the utilities to generate, decode, or distribute illicit, defamatory, infringing, or harmful materials.

4. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the WebCraftKit platform—including the website architecture, interface design, brand identity, logo, typography, source code, CSS stylesheets, UI components, and tool logic implementations—is our proprietary property and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the WebCraftKit brand identity or application source without express written permission from WebCraftKit.

5. Client-Side Cryptography & Security Notice

WebCraftKit provides client-side developer utilities designed to run locally in your browser. While all cryptographic operations (e.g., SHA-256/512, HMAC, Base64, JWT parsing) rely on standard W3C Web Cryptography APIs:

• Local Environment Security: You are solely responsible for the security of your own browser, extensions, and host operating system. Browser extensions with malicious permissions could theoretically inspect DOM inputs.
• Production Cryptography: Output hashes, UUIDs, and passwords should be validated according to your organization's specific compliance standards (e.g., NIST, FIPS, OWASP) prior to mission-critical production deployment.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS" Basis)

We do not warrant that the functions contained in the tools will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the web server hosting static assets is free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WEBCRAFTKIT, ITS FOUNDERS, CONTRIBUTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8. Third-Party Advertisements & External Links

WebCraftKit displays third-party advertisements via Google AdSense and may include links to third-party websites or services.

We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered by a third party through the site or any hyperlinked website. Any interactions or transactions between you and third-party advertisers are solely between you and the respective third party.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WebCraftKit and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the website.

10. Service Modifications & Terms Updates

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect or tool of WebCraftKit at any time without prior notice. We may also revise these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the website following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of WebCraftKit are governed by and construed in accordance with standard international commercial law and applicable local regulations, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
